This provides buyers with the opportunity to work exclusively with one Realtor.

  • Check all the listing information and get answers to any questions about the property.
  • Preview houses for you and help narrow down your choices.
  • Book showings for you at your convenience.

The payment to me is in the form of commission - paid by the seller. In cases of new construction and for-sale-by-owner, I will always negotiate my commission with the seller. Buyer's Agency Agreement provides you with additional benefits and protection at the negotiating table.
